溶胶-微波法合成纳米TiO_2的工艺条件研究

Study on the Synthesis Technology Conditions of Nano-Titanium Dioxide by Sol-Microwave Method

摘要 以钛酸四正丁酯为起始原料,采用溶胶-微波法合成出TiO2纳米粒子,借助XRD、UV-vis吸收光谱等测试手段对其进行了表征,并以甲基橙为模型污染物考察了酸水比、微波反应温度和微波反应时间等因素对样品光催化性能的影响。结果表明,溶胶-微波法制备TiO2的最佳条件为:酸水比7:1,微波反应温度150℃,反应时间8 min。所得样品用于卷烟厂蒸叶车间废水的光催化氧化处理,效果较好,太阳光照射7h后,废水由黄色变为无色,异味消失。 Using Ti(n-OC4H9)4 as starting material, Nano - TiO2 was synthesized via sol - microwave process. The X - ray diffraction (XRD) and UV - Vis absorption spectrum techniques were used to characterized the phase structure and spectrum properties of the synthesized samples. Methyl orange was selected as a pollutant model to test the photocatalytic activity of TiO2. Effects of ratio of acid to water, microwave reaction temperature and reaction time on photocatalytic activity of the sample were also investigated. The results indicate that the best ratio of acid to water, microwave reaction temperature and reaction time are 7: 1, 150℃, 8min, respectively. In addition, the synthesized samples are used to treat wastewater from Yan'an Cigarette Factory. Experimental results show that this sample exhibits high photocatalytic activity, the color of wastewater changes from yellow brown to colorless and the smell disappears under sunlight for 7h.
