交联剂对保护膜用溶剂型丙烯酸酯压敏胶性能的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Crosslinking Agent on Solvent Based Acrylic Pressure-sensitive Adhesive for Protective Film

摘要 以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,AIBN为引发剂,采用改进的溶液聚合工艺,研制了表面保护膜用丙烯酸酯压敏胶。并研究了内交联剂TC,外交联剂氮丙啶(SaC-100)和水性聚异氰酸酯(Bayhydur3100)对胶黏剂的剥离强度和耐热性的影响。结果表明,通过引入内外交联剂,能够显著增大胶体内聚力,消除残胶作用明显。外交联剂SaC-100在提高胶体耐热性和降低剥离强度方面比Bayhydur3100的效果好,采用单体量0.80%的内交联剂TC,胶液量1.0%的外交联剂SaC-100,制得的表面保护膜性能较好,在高光洁度不锈钢板的耐热性检测中无任何残胶和"暗影"。 Acrylic pressure - sensitive adhesive for protective film was prepared by solution polymerization initiated by AIBN in ethyl acetate solvent. The effects of crosslinking agent TC, crosslinking agent aziridine ( SaC - 100 ) and waterborne polyisocyanate ( Bayhydur3100 ) on peeling strength and heat - resistance were studied. It was found that cohesion of adhesive was improved and adhesive residue was eliminated by using erosslinking agents. Applying cresslinking agent SaC - 100 shows more significant effects than using Bayhydur3100 on improving peeling strength and heat - resistance. Protective film with excellent performance is prepared by using 0.80% crosslinking agent TC (based on the total weight of monomers), 1.0% cresslinking agent SaC -100 (based on the weight of adhesives). Adhesive residue and shadow are not found on stainless steel plate under these conditions.
