摘要
天然气输送过程中,在一定的温度和压力条件下会有凝析液析出造成管内积液,积液量的准确预测是确定合理清管方案的前提。为此,建立了积液量预测模型,认为管路积液量大小是由液相析出量和气体携液能力综合作用的结果,液相析出量主要取决于管线内的温度和压力,而气体携液能力主要与气相流速、管道结构以及管内流型等参数有关。对"友谊号"外输管线积液量及其分布进行了预测,获得了持液率和积液量沿线分布曲线。该预测方法对于清管作业时管路末端液体收集容器的确定、清管器的选择等具有参考意义。
Under certain temperature and pressure condition,natural gas condensate will lead to the accumulated liquid in pipeline during natural gas transmission. To devise a reasonable pipeline cleaning program,firstly we should accurately predict the accumulated liquid volume. This paper established a liquid prediction model and considers that the accumulated liquid volume is synthetically determined by the effect of liquid condensate volume and gas entrainment capacity. The condensate volume is mainly determined by the local temperature and pressure,while the gas entrainment capability is closely related to gas-phase flow rate,pipeline structure and flow pattern. This paper predicts the accumulated liquid volume and liquid distribution of 'Friendship' submarine gas transmission pipeline and acquires the liquid holdup and liquid distribution curve along the line. The prediction method has great significance in determining the liquid collection vessel at the end of pipeline and selecting pipeline cleaner.
