摘要
Highsludge工艺采用兼氧、好氧组合流程,最显著的特点是活性污泥浓度高、好氧段的溶解氧浓度低。在深圳市的罗芳污水处理厂进行了Highsludge固工艺处理城市污水的中试研究(规模为300m^3/d),在进水COD、BOD。SS、TN分别为(431~484)、(167~192)、(504~611)、(37.12~47.85)mg/L的条件下,其出水浓度分别为(15.7~18.3)、(2.7~3.3)、(6~7)、(6,13—8.51)mg/L。该工艺的同步硝化反硝化效果显著,其去除的总氮约占总去除量的40%。同步硝化反硝化主要发生在好氧池的前段,其去除的总氮量为3.03mg/L。由于活性污泥浓度高,该工艺可以在较短的水力停留时间下获得较佳的除污效果,且剩余污泥量较少。
Highsludge process is integrated with facultative anaerobic stage and aerobic stage, and characterized by high MISS and low DO. Pilot-scale experiment with capacity of 300 m^3/d was carried out to treat municipal wastewater in Luofang Wastewater Treatment Plant of Shenzhen. When the influent COD, BOD5, SS, TN are 431 to 484 mg/L, 167 to 192 mg/L, 504 to 611 mg/L and 37.12 to 47.85 mg/L respectively, the effluent concentrations are 15.7 to 18.3 mg/L, 2.7 to 3.3 mg/L, 6 to 7 mg/L and 6.13 to 8.51 mg/L respectively. This process has better SND effect, and TN removal by SND is up to 40% in the total removal. SND happens mainly in the first zone of aerobic tank with the TN removal of 3.03 mg/L. Due to high MLSS, this process can effectively remove TN and other pollutants at short HRT with less sludge yield.
