酸化吹脱去除重碳酸盐对电吸附设备性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 针对重碳酸盐(HCO3-)影响电吸附设备除盐性能的问题,实验首先对原水进行酸化吹脱预处理,控制其重碳酸盐质量浓度在30mg/L以下,然后进行电吸附实验。结果表明,排除重碳酸盐干扰后,电吸附设备的除盐性能稳定。将该结果与400mg/L重碳酸盐条件下的实验数据进行对比,进一步说明酸化吹脱的方式能够有效控制重碳酸盐对电吸附设备除盐性能产生的负面影响。 Aiming at the problem of bicarbonate (HCO3-) affecting the desalting performance of the electro-adsorption equipment, the raw water is firstly to be pretreated by acidification-stripping process. Its bicarbonate concentration should be controlled below 30 mg/L, before carrying through the electro-adsorption test. The result shows that after getting rid of the bicarbonate disturbance, the desalting performance of the electro-adsorption equipment is stable. When the result is compared with the experimental data obtained under the condition of 400 mg/L of bicarbonate, further explanation shows that acidification-striping process can effectively control the negative effect of bicarbonate on the desalting performance of electro-adsorption.
