摘要
结合工程实例,系统地阐述了大型机械通风冷却塔电动风机节能改造的原理和优点,介绍了以微型双击式冷却塔专用水轮机取代电机(包括传动轴、减速机)的设计过程,包括原有设施简述、改造工程概况、数据计算及分析、节能计算、静态投资回收期,并对节能改造做出了效果评价。
Based on an engineering example, the principle and advantages of the energy saving renovation for the electric fans of the big mechanical ventilation cooling tower is expounded systematically. The design process of using the micro double click cooling water tower specific water-driven fans to replace the motors (transmission shift, and decelerating machine) is introduced. The brief statement of original establishment, general situation of renovation engineering, data calculation and analysis, calculation of energy saving, recovery period of static investment and effect evaluation on energy saving are included.
