摘要 节能减排是钢铁企业水系统所追求的目标,要实现节能减排不仅要研究水处理工艺,更重要的是要实现工业污水排放量和回用水量之间的平衡。针对在不同的生产工艺(长流程和短流程)中,工业污水的回用方式和回用率的不同,分析了工业污水的回用方式、并探讨了提高回用率的技术措施。 In iron & steel works, energy-saving and disposal reduction are the important goals of industrial water systems. Water treatment technology should be studied, in order to realize energy-saving and disposal reduction. The more important thing is to carry out the balance between industrial wastewater disposal quantity and recycled water quantity. In different industrial technologies (long flow or short flow) the recycling method and recycling rate are different. The industrial wastewater recycling methods are analyzed, and the measures for improving the recycling rates are discussed.
