The Value Orientation of Social Workers

社会工作者的价值取向是社会工作的重要支柱,但现实生活中价值多元化和不同价值观之间的冲突,却使得社会工作者常常陷入价值取向的两难境地。针对这个问题,应从造成价值观多样性的原因和社会工作的目的两方面进行分析。相应的对策是:在遵循当前社会基本道德准则和价值理念的基础上,不断积累工作经验,具体问题具体分析,在价值冲突中找到最佳选择和方法。

The value orientation of social workers is an important pillar of social work, but in real life, a diversity of values and the conflicts among different values often make social workers involved in the dilemma of value orientation. Based on this problem, this paper analyzes the value orientation of social workers in detail from two aspects：the reasons causing a diversity of values and the purpose of social workers. The corresponding countermeasure is： be based on current social moral principle and value evoluation;aumulate working experience continuously, specific problem use specific analysis, try to find the best choice and method through value conflict.
