美沙酮维持治疗患者经济状况与生命质量关系研究

Study on Relationship of Quality of Life to Patients of Methadone Maintenance Treatment and Economical State

本研究利用世界卫生组织生命质量测定简表对美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者进行自评,旨在了解美沙酮维持治疗患者经济状况与生命质量的关系。结果显示,患者经济状况越好,其生命质量状况越好。同时,家庭支持对改善患者生命质量也有着重要作用。

World Health Organization on Quality of Life Brief Scale （WHOQOL--BREF） was used as a tool to assess quality of life （QoL） of patient in Methadone maintenance treatment by oneself, to understand relationship of quality of life to patients of Methadone maintenance treatment and economical state. The result showed, the better economic state, the better QoL of patient. Meanwhile, it was very important to improve quality of life to patient on family supporting.
