江苏省城镇居民基本医疗保险政策比较研究

Comparative Study on Urban Essential Medical Insurance Policy in Jiangsu Province

分析了江苏全省13个市的城镇居民基本医疗保险政策,从覆盖范围、筹资方式、筹资比例、政府财政支持力度、报销补偿比例等方面进行了比较,分析了江苏省部分市的城镇居民基本医疗保险制度的特殊性和做出的新尝试,提出了完善城镇居民基本医疗保险制度的政策建议。

Based on comparing in the aspects of coverage area, the way and proportion of finance, government financial support, proportion of reimbursement, etc, to analyze the urban essential medical insurance policy of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province. It also analyzed the particularity and new attempt of urban essential medical insurance system in part of the cities, then put forward some policy suggestions in order to improve urban essential medical insurance system.
