摘要
CO2硬化碱性酚醛树脂砂既具有气硬冷芯盒的优点，又具有环保方面的优势。其初强度高，存放性好，流动性好；同时指出了CO2硬化碱性酚醛树脂砂应用中存在的问题，并提出建议。
CO2 cured phenol-formaldehyde resin sand not only has the advantages that the cold-box process cured by gas but also has the superiority in environmental protection. It can improve initial strength, storage time. The problems in the current application of CO2 cured phenol-formaldehyde resin sand are also pointed out and the suggestions are presented.
