摘要
教学质量分析是教学过程管理的重要组成部分,对教学过程起着反馈与调控作用。本文从素质教育和新课改对学校教学质量分析提出的新要求入手,分析当前学校教学质量分析的现状,并以笔者所在学校上海市阂行二中的教学质量分析的变革为例,阐释了教学质量分析变革的状况、分析了其特点、并针对变革的推进状态提出了对策建议。
Teaching quality analysis is an important part of teaching process management, playing a role of feedback and control in the teaching process. This article started with the new requirements of the quality education and new curriculum reform, analyzed the current status of school teaching quality analysis. Hereafter, this article, which based on the practical exploration of New Basic'Education Expermental School, explained the changing situation in the teaching quality analysis, analyzed its characteristics, and put forward suggestions for the promotion of changes .
