摘要
班级建设与管理不仅需要正确的教育思想指导,还需要适用的管理理论支撑。本文根据目标管理的理论,分析总结了中学优秀班级建设与管理的经验与模式,提出班级目标管理可分为目标制定、目标实施和目标成果评价三步进行。
This paper looks at classroom management from the perspective of management by objectives (MbO), a well established approach in management environments. It offers rome examples of classroom management practice, which are analyzed according to the three stages of MbO, that is objective setting, implementation of strategy and evaluation of outcomes.
