摘要
通过接种鸭胚增殖病毒,采用聚乙二醇-硫酸铵沉淀法纯化病毒,从病毒纯化物提取核酸进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳的结果表明,HS-1,AV-127和GC2三株病毒各有一条明显的核酸带,不分节段,不同毒株的核酸电泳迁移率非常相似,测定的分子量分别为33.6.34.2和33.9kb.
The viruses were inoculated into duck embryoes for multiplication and purified by polyethylene glycol-ammonium sulphate precipitation. The nuclcic acid extracts from purified viruses were runelectrophoresis on agrose gcf. The results showed that only one band could be observed for HS-1,AV 127 and GC2 strains. Their clectrophoretic migrating rates were very similar and molecular weights weredetermined as 33. 6, 34. 2 and 33. 9 kb respectively.
