摘要
对工业上重要的轴承材料Thordon XL聚合物和铅锡合金LgSn80相对于等离子喷涂Al2O3涂层的摩擦磨损性能的研究,结果表明,Thordon XL聚合物在干摩擦低负荷和有润滑较大负荷范围的本文研究材料最好的耐磨性。
This paper has studied the friction and wear behaviour of bearing materials Thordon XL,LgSn80 and AISI 1043 steel against plasma-sprayed A12O3 coatings under dry and lubricated sliding.The results show that Thordon XL has the best anti-wear performance in either dly case under lownormal load or lubricated case under high normal load among all the materials studied. However, LgSn80has better anti-wear performance in dry and lubricated case under high normal load. Thordon XL/Al2O3coating pair gives the lowest dry friction coefficient (0. 44) under normal load 45. 3 N at a velocity of 1m/s. The dry friction coefficients of LgSn80/A12O3 coating are in range of 0. 55-0. 60. This study hasanalyzed some relevant to wear mechanisms, the dominating wear mechanisms are shear flacture forThordon XL and abrasive wear for LgSn80.
