摘要
为进一步提高空冷凝汽器的效率,优化扁平管翅片的物理结构,建立了间断波纹翅片扁平管换热器通道的三维物理数学模型,利用FLUENT软件进行数值计算。通过对对流换热系数、流动损失的对比分析,结果表明,间断波纹翅片扁平管在流动损失方面比蛇形翅片扁平管有很大的优势,为直接空冷凝汽器的设计和优化改造提供了依据。
In order to improve the efficiency of air-cooling condensers and optimize the geometric structure of their flat tube fins, a three-dimensional numerical model for flow passage of flat tubes with discontinuous wavy fins has been built, and corresponding numerical calculation with software FLUENT performed. Comparison results on convection efficiency and flow loss show that the flat tube with discontinuous wavy fins has obvious advantages over that with continuous wavy fins in the aspect of flow loss, which can then be taken as a reference for design and retrofit optimization of air-cooling condensers.
