摘要
超超临界汽轮机末级叶片普遍采用结构复杂的整圈自锁扭叶片。试验研究法和有限元数值计算法是叶片振动特性的2种主要研究方法。与试验研究相比,有限元计算方法具有安全经济、快捷方便、提供数据全面等优点,是今后叶片优化设计及运行可靠性分析研究的重要手段。
The last blade of ultra supercritical steam turbine has commonly an integral self-locking twisted structure, for which 2 main study methods are generally used respectively by testing and finite element analysis. Compared with the testing way, the finite element analytical method is safer, more economical, more convenient, and more data available, therefore is an important means for future design optimization and operational reliability analysis of blades.
