发电机过一阶临界的异常振动通常是由转子的一阶不平衡引起的。电力系统把高速动平衡作为解决机组此类振动的主要手段。采用低速动平衡解决振动问题具有省时、省工、费用低的优点。以2个成功的实例介绍了低速动平衡的实施过程及效果。
Abnormal vibration of generators surpassing one-order critical speed is generally caused by one-order unbalance of the rotor. In a long period, high-speed dynamic balancing is taken as a means to solve such vibration. However, low-speed dynamic balancing has advantages over the high-speed way in time, labor and cost-saving. Two successful low-speed dynamic balancing examples are being presented with the specific application process and effect shown.
