摘要
为了缩短燃气-蒸汽联合循环中汽轮机停机后的自然冷却时间,以便检查和检修,希望采用滑参数停机。介绍了Mark VI温度匹配法及减温水法2种滑参数停机的方法、优缺点和操作步骤。实践表明,2种方法各有利弊,建议先用减温水法,待高压过热器2进口蒸汽过热度接近30℃时,再用温度匹配法进行滑参数停机。
To shorten the natural cooling time of steam turbine in a gas-steam combined cycle after being shut down for overhaul, sliding parameter method is proposed for the outage operation. Both the Mark Ⅵ temperature matching method and the attempering water method are described, while their advantages, shortages as well as specific operating procedures presented. An integrated sliding parameter shutdown procedure is being proposed, that is to apply the attempering water method first, then turn to the temperature matching method in case the overheat degree of steam at inlet of the high-temperature superheater gets to 30℃.
