摘要
介绍了WRKT-Ⅲ型双通道煤粉燃烧器的原理和特点。以安徽宿州汇源电热有限责任公司2号炉燃烧器的改造为例,阐述了将一次风喷口改为WRKT-Ⅲ型燃烧器后进行的炉内冷态空气动力场试验及热态锅炉效率试验。锅炉燃烧器改造后使燃烧稳定性增强,煤种适应性扩大。
Working principles and structural features of WRKT-Ⅲ dual-channel pulverized-coal burners are being described. Taking the retrofit on burners of boiler No. 2 in Anhui Suzhou Huiyuan Heat & Power Cogeneration Co. Ltd as an example, in-furnace cold-state aerodynamic field tests and hot-state boiler efficiency tests were carried out after the primary air nozzles were changed into WRKT-Ⅲ type burner. The burner retrofit improved the combustion stability, raised the coal type adaptability.
