摘要
通过对产蛋母鸡免疫接种小鹅瘟JS1株油乳剂灭活苗,从而获得含高效价小鹅瘟病毒抗体的鸡蛋。采用聚乙二醇6000和泊洛沙姆进行脱脂试验,并优化脱脂条件。结果表明,聚乙二醇6000和泊洛沙姆对鸡卵黄具有良好的脱脂作用,其中聚乙二醇6000价格低廉,更适合大规模工业化生产。
Eggs obtained from hens which had been immunized with gosling plague vaccine were used to prepare the yolk antibodies. The different concentrations of the PEG-6000 and pluronic were used to degrease the yolk. The results indicated that pluronic and PEG-6000 were all good for degreasing the yolk. PEG 6000 was more suitable for industrialized production of yolk antibodies because of its low price.
