中国的重新崛起引起国际学术界的关注。新的"中国威胁论"认为中国的国际影响力日益壮大会对亚洲的稳定以及世界政治、经济格局形成挑战。我们在研究中国重新崛起现象的基础上,回应了所谓的"中国威胁论"。从中国的历史记录和当今的表现,均找不到足以支持"中国威胁论"成立的基础。追求绿色发展,实现绿色和平,树立"绿色GDP"观念,内建"和谐社会",外构"和谐世界"是中国重新崛起的必由之路。

China＇s reemerging has caused worldwide attention. Newly coming up arguments of ＂China Threat＂ assert that a powerful China shall challenge the stability of Asia. However, historical records and present performance of China do not provide supporting base for this argument. China is becoming a solid pier in structure of the world peace cause and Asia stability since the nation is trying to build up a harmonious society at home and develop peacefully with other countries abroad. The concept of ＂Construction of A Harmonious World ＂ proposed by China is widely accepted by the international society.
