摘要
将粉末冶金法制备的碳/铜复合材料进行放电等离子烧结。对烧结后的样品进行了摩擦磨损性能研究。结果表明,复合材料的摩擦系数均随含碳量的增加呈下降趋势;当含碳量为6%时,磨损率最低。
C/Cu composite powders were successfully prepared by use of powder metallurgy method, the consolidate samples were made from powder mixtures with the spark plasma sintering (SPS). The friction and wear property of the consolidated samples were analyzed. The results show that the coefficient of friction decreased with increasing carbon content, the wear rate was lowest when at 6% C.
