介绍了空冷式氙弧耐光色牢度测试仪的安装环境,通过设定校准通则和辐照强度,可进行AATCC 16—1998 Option E的耐光色牢度测试,并达到与水冷式氙弧灯相同的测试结果。详细分析了相关关键控制点,定期将样品送至使用水冷式氙弧耐光色牢度测试仪的实验室进行比对试验,检查设备的各项指标有无异常,以便及时作相应调整。
The testing of AATCC light fastness with air-cooled xenon-arc lamp was described, and the testing result was the same as that of using water-cooled xenon-arc lamp. The key points were analyzed including installation environment, setting general principles of standard and irradiation strength, adjustment of testing results among laboratories.
