摘要
介绍了直接、活性、酸性和分散染料品种中的黑色染料的研究进展。就黑色染料目前存在的乌黑度低、固色率差、环境污染严重等主要问题进行分析,并总结了相应的解决办法。提出采用非诱变性芳胺中间体替代联苯胺或其它致癌芳胺来开发新型黑色环保染料,并在印染加工过程中添加适当的助剂或采用染料复配等技术手段,来解决黑色染料目前存在的主要问题。
Progresses in various kinds of black dyes concerning direct dye, reactive dye, acid dye, disperse dye were introduced. The problems existed in these fashion black dyes such as lower blackness, inferior fixing fastness, and serious environmental pollution were analyzed and their solutions were explained. First,to screen out some non-mutagenic aromatic amines to substitute for benzidines or other aromatic amines which can cause cancer to synthesize various environment-friendly black dyes. Second,to use some suitable dyeing assistants in proper quantities during dyeing process. And third,to use some dyes which has different color and hue or molar extinction coefficient to obtain a new building dye.
