2006-2007年我院住院患者抗菌药物使用调查与分析

Survey and analysis of the usage of antibacterials

目的了解我院抗菌药物的应用状况,评价抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法查阅2006-2007年本院出院病历1227份,按照统一的自制表格,对抗菌药物治疗性应用和预防性应用进行统计分析。结果查阅病历中220份(17.9%)存在抗菌药物的不合理使用,其中治疗用药病历不合理用药达14.5%(74份/511份);预防用药病历不合理用药达20.4%(146份/716份)。围手术期药物使用时间过长、治疗用药疗程过长、药物选择及联合用药不当等最为严重。结论各级医院仍应加强抗菌药物使用的监督管理,规范医生的用药行为。

Objective To find out the situation of the use of antibacterials in our hospital and to evaluate the rationality. Methods 1227 medical records during 2006 - 2007 were checked and the statistically analysis of the antibacterials for therapeutic and prophylactic use were performed. Results The total irrationality rate was 17.9% （220 examples）. The irrationality rate of therapeutic use was 14.5% （74 examples） while which of prophylactic use was 20.4% （146 examples）. Excessive prolonging of the course of antibacterials treatment, incorrect drug selection and drug combination of antibacterials were the most serious problems. Conclusion It is still necessary in strengthening the supervision of antibacterials and normalizing the doctor＇s prescription behaviors.
