荔枝常温贮藏与包装的研究 被引量:18

Study on the Techniques of Package and Storage for Litchi Fruit Stored in the Room Temperature

摘要 研究了以包装为主题的荔枝常温贮运技术,结果表明简单的塑料框十树叶包装可减少果实失重达10.4%,果实贮藏3d商品率为96.20%,5d为71.47%。同时上述包装结合防腐保鲜处理,贮藏5d果实商品率为88.2%,提高了16.8%,而失重降低了2.2%。进行了泡沫箱的加冰包装的荔枝常温贮运试验,测定了箱内温度、CO2、O2和乙烯的变化规律及其对荔枝果实失重和商品率的影响。 Experiment was conducted with different package types for 3 Litchi varieties and stored in the room temperature. Results showed that the fruit weight loss could be reduced by 10. 4% when packing with Litchi leaves and using ordinary plastic box, and the good-fruit rate was 96. 2% and 71. 4% after 3 and 5 day's storage, respectively. With preservative treatment, the good-fruit rate was 88. 2% after 5 days under the same storage conditions. The results indicated that packaging with preservative treatment could increase the good-fruit rate by 16. 8% and reduce the weight loss by 2. 2%. The experiment of packing in foam plastic box with addition of ice was also conducted.
