The construction of irrigation district is the important basic installation to conduct the strategy for promoting water conservancy as well as to strengthen service for agriculture irrigation,and is the important support to ensure grain safety. The article analyzes the development statusquo and existing problems in Jinzhong City＇s medium-sized irrigation districts in detail,and presents the countermeasures in organizationmechnism,in running mechnism,in project measure and management system.
