摘要
通过加入促进助剂丙烯酰胺制备一种新型热熔预浸料用环氧树脂体系。通过树脂体系的凝胶时间-温度曲线、粘度-温度曲线、DSC法确定了树脂的固化工艺,研究了复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,加入适量丙烯酰胺,可使体系粘度降低,使之与纤维有较好浸润性,其复合材料弯曲、剪切性能均优于未加入丙烯酰胺体系,对复合材料断面进行扫描电镜分析,纤维和树脂粘接良好。
Moderate-temperature curing epoxy resins used as hot-meh prepreg were prepared by adding acrylamide. The relationships among viscosity, gel time and temperature, as well as the curing technology of resins were determined. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results showed that the viscosity of resin systems decreased with increasing the contents of acrylamide resulting in good impregnation of reinforced fibers. The mechanical properties of such composites were better than those of composite without acrylamide. SEM analysis demonstrated that the interfacial adhesion between fiber and resin was excellent.
