The＂sub-loan crisis＂of America in 2007 has developed into a financial crisis affecting the United States and Europe.Effected by the financial crisis,the international oil price has declined speedily and oil investments have reduced sharply.The paper points out that the possibility of the oil price rebound is still existing based on the analysis of complex and variable oil market,and illustrates that in the long run ,oil industry especially oil exploration ＆ development remains a stable industry to invest.Finally,the paper puts forth some countermeasures for China to adopt in face of the stern financial crisis,including correct foreign oil policies,oil enterprise foreign mergence and purchase expansion,muhipole oil storage system,extensive alternative energy technology development and introduction,and deepening domestic oil circulation system reformation.
