摘要
用盆栽试验模拟盐胁迫环境,测定了NaCl和Na2SO4在0.5%、1.0%和2.0%浓度下处理48h后Ikone、Merit、Sabre、Wabash和Filking5个早熟禾草坪草品种的细胞膜伤害率,结果表明:随盐分浓度的升高,5个品种的细胞膜伤害率逐渐增大,两者间呈正相关关系(r=0.864,P<0.01)。盐分胁迫下的细胞膜伤害率较好地反映了各自种子萌发期的耐盐能力。Merit和Sabre是受伤害程度最小的品种。
Salt stress environment was simulated by pot experiment to determine the cell damage rate of 5 turfgrass, i.e. Ikone, Merit, Sabre, Wabash and Filking 48 hours after treatment with NaCl and Na 2SO 4 solution at the salinity of 0.5 %, 1 0 % and 2 0 %. The results indicated that the cell damage rate increased with the salinity, and there was a positive relationship (r=0 864, P< 0 01). The cell damage can reflect the salt resistance of tuefgrass at the germination stage. Merit and Sabre showed stronger salt tolerance among 5 varieties.
