高校科研经费管理中存在的问题及解决措施

随着社会科技改革的深入发展,国家和社会对高校科研的投入不断增加,高校科研力量也不断增强,但同时也应看到,高校对科研经费的管理还存在不少问题,造成了一些国家资金不必要的损失和浪费。对高校科研经费管理中存在的问题作了详尽分析,并针对出现的问题提出了改进的措施,以期对高校的科研经费管理工作有所启示。

With the development of science and technology of persent time, money that put into college scientific research by our country and society grows continually, and it also causes the expansion of the R＆D facilities. However, problems exist in the management of budget for scientific research, which causes waste and loss of the country funds. This article focuses on the problems that exist in the management of budget for research and then puts forward some methods to deal with these problems on the porpuse of that it will be to some degree benefitial for the budget management for research in colleges.
