The Construction of New ERP based on Value Chain and Business Process Reengineering

随着经济全球化与全球信息化的发展,企业加快信息化进程成为大势所趋。电子商务与ERP是企业推进其信息化进程的两个重要方面,但目前却存在二者割裂的问题,使电子商务成为ERP产生后出现的新的"信息孤岛",二者的整合显得尤为重要,本文从价值链及流程重组的角度对这一问题进行了分析,提出了整合后新型ERP模式的构想,并进一步阐述了新模式的现实意义。

With the development of economic globalization and global informationization, propelling informationization process of enterprises becomes an inevitable trend . E-commerce system and ERP are playing vitally important roles in propelling the informationization process of enterprises, but they have not been connected efficiently by now, so the in- tegration of ERP and E-commerce has become very important. In view of value chain and business process reengineer- ing, this paper analyzes this problem firstly, then gives the new ERP model based on the integration of ERP and E-com- merce system, and furtherly demonstrates its practical meaning at the end.
