摘要
由于美国房价的持续下跌,房贷违约率的上升,美国次级债风波席卷全球。由此引起的金融风波共振之余,让人们更应该反思中国的房地产金融风险。以房地产金融风险概念为基础,分析了我国房地产金融的现状和存在的风险,提出了防范房地产金融风险的具体措施。
Because the American house price continues to fall, and the rear apartments loan violation rate rise, the A- merican secondary debt disturbance engulfs the entire world, when the American secondary debt causes financial dis- turbance resonating-odd, we should reconsider China's real estate finance risk. On the basis of the real estate finance risk concept, this article has analyzes the present situation of real estate finance and the existing risk in China, and pro- poses the precautionary measures.
