摘要
产业集群由集群内节点级企业、网络级产业链、平台级辅助机构三大要素组成,其合理的组织结构为循环经济的发展提供了得天独厚的优势,是实现资源循环和高效利用的最有效组织形式。上海化学工业区从延伸产业链、节能降耗、清洁生产等方面开展循环经济,取得经济、环境效益的双重回报,是化工产业集群发展循环经济最佳模式之一。
The organizational structure of industrial clusters provide many advantages for the development of recycling e- conomy. Industrial symbiosis network is an effective organizational form for improving resource recycling and application efficiency through enterprises collaboration within industrial cluster area. This article, taking Shanghai Chemical Industry Park as an example ,discusses the best practice model of developing circular economy in industrial cluster.
