摘要
运用教学实验法对西安科技大学一年级学生的羽毛球技能进行了程序教学的实验研究,并对实验组与对照组的教学效果进行了比较分析。研究结果表明:在大学生羽毛球技能的程序教学中,注重强化调控有利于学生掌握羽毛球技能,与传统教学相比提高了教学质量;在程序教学中,应根据动作技能的特点和学生练习实际情况,强化信息反馈调控,将前馈调控、过程调控和反馈调控相互结合、灵活应用,不断的改革大学体育教学羽毛球技能教学。
This paper has made an experimental study on procedure teaching of badminton among freshmen of Xi'an University of Science and Technology by using the experimental method and analyzed the effects of both the experimental group and the contrasted group. The result of the study shows that in the course of procedure teaching of badminton among univer- sity students, it is beneficial to the student's command of skills of badminton when adjustment is emphasized. Compared with traditional teaching method, this procedure teaching is more qualified. In procedure teaching, adjustment of the feed- back should be emphasized according the traits of skills of the actions and the situation in practice. Meanwhile, the adjust- ment of the pre-feedback hand, the adjustment of process and the adjustment of the post-feedback should be combined together and should be made a flexible use of. As a result, the reform of teaching badminton in university will be expanded.
