电子缴费要求有线电视台将执行事务性工作的环境网络化、信息化,需要集成目前有线电视台已存在的一些异构应用系统,而对这样的环境和需求,新的系统必须基于Web提供服务,能够跨平台、可重用、可扩展。本文采用J2EE技术构建了一个有线电视用户收费银行联网系统。详细介绍了系统的功能、具体设计思想和实现方法。

With the development of electronic CATV-charge, CATV requires new MIS can provide service based on Internet, and integrate with legacy systems. Faced with the requires, new MIS must be constructed based on Web, and can run on different platforms, be reusable and extendable. The system is developed by using J2EE technology. The paper describes the function and design method of the system.
