摘要
随着钢厂和燃煤电厂的大规模建设,控制钢厂及电厂SO2的排放已成为降低中国SO2排放总量的重要措施,随之而产生的大量脱硫灰的综合利用亦成为亟待解决的问题。介绍了脱硫灰的形成及其特性,并对目前国内外循环流化床烧结脱硫灰及电厂脱硫灰的利用现状进行分析,提出了烧结脱硫灰可用作水泥生产助磨剂和水泥缓凝剂及制备生态型水泥的全新利用方式,从而实现脱硫灰变废为宝。
With the large-scaled construction of steel mills and coal-fired power plants,the control of the emissions of SO2 from steel mills and power plants has become one major measure for reducing the total amount of SO2, and the comprehensive utilization of the large amount of desulfurization ash has become an urgent task. The formation and the characteristics of the desulfu- rization ash are introduced, and the current utilization situation of CFB ash from sintering desulfurization plants and power plants at home and abroad is analyzed. The new utilization of the desulfurization ash to produce grinding aid, the ecological cementing materials and cement retarder is put forward.
