The development level of a natioffs automotive industry may represent its level of comprehensive national strength. Although the industry in Hebei province developed quickly, and the situation of exporting automobiles and automotive spare parts improved in the past years,some of the interrelated problems still remain unsolved, which should not be ignored. The author carried out an in-depth investigation and analysis on the issues such as production capacity, product grades, technical service and fiscal policy, and developed ideas to effectively solve these problems.
