摘要
目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂替米沙坦对慢性肾衰(CRF)大鼠肾脏水通道(AQP2)表达的影响。方法:采用腺嘌呤灌胃复制CRF大鼠模型,检测大鼠血SCr和BUN含量,光镜观察肾脏病理及免疫组化法观察肾脏AQP2表达。结果:替米沙坦可明显改善大鼠肾功能和肾组织病理变化;替米沙坦能够增加CRF大鼠肾脏AQP2表达。结论:AQP2的异常表达可能是CRF水代谢紊乱发生机制之一,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂可能通过增加肾脏AQP2表达纠正CRF水代谢紊乱,改善肾功能。
Objective :To explore the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockade on the expression of AQP2 in rats with chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods:To build the model by using adenine,renal function,renal pathologic changes and the expression of AQP2 were observed.Results:The pathology changes of the medicated group were lighter than those of the control group.Blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine in the medicated group were lower than those in the model control group (P〈0.05).AQP2 expressions in medicated group were increased than those in model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockade has protective function on adenine-induced CRF.Its mechanism can be the increase of AQP2 expressions.
