3种宫内节育器临床应用对照分析

Clinical comparative study on three types of IUD in five years

目的:观察比较新型Tcu380,母体乐cu375,元宫365宫内节育器(IUD)的临床效果。方法:采用对比性研究,以随机方法给210例本市健康育龄妇女放置3种不同IUD,其中元宫365 IUD 68例,Tcu380 72例,母体乐cu375 70例,于放置后0.5、1、2年进行随访。结果:元宫365 IUD使用2年妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率、续用率分别是2.94%、2.12%、5.89%、81%。元宫365 IUD的2年脱落率2.12%明显低于Tcu380的14.3%及母体乐cu375的6.94%。元宫365 IUD的2年续用率高于Tcu380。结论:元宫365 IUD具有脱落率低、续用率高的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the effects of Yuangong 365 intrauterine device （IUD） as a new device.Methods：210 cases of healthy childbearing-aged women were randomly provided three types of IUDS：Yuangong 365 IUD 68 women,Tcu380 72 women,Mlcu375 70 women,Then all of them were follow up 0.5,1,2 years.Results：The 2 years pregnant rate,expulision rate,withdrawing rate,and continuation rate of Yuangong 365 IUD were 2.94% ,2.12%,5.89% ,81% respectively.The expulsion rate of Yuangong 365 IUD （2.12%） was lower than that in tcu380 IUD（14.3%） and Mlcu375 IUD（6.94%）.The continuation rate of Yuangong 365 IUD was higher than Tcu380 IUD（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：Yuangong 365 IUD, as an up-date fixed,copper- contained IUD with lower expulision rate and higher continuation rate, without any supporting frame would be recommended.
