急性髓系白血病自发缓解一例
摘要
患者女，58岁，于1993年11月感冒后头痛、双下肢无力、活动后心悸、气短，曾于居住地附近诊所静脉滴注复方丹参、维脑路通无明显好转。入院20d前头痛、头晕、乏力加重、四肢出现出血点、低热。于1994年1月28日入我院。患者既往健康、无结核病、肝炎及其他病史，个人无烟酒嗜好、无遗传病史。
