摘要
利用可再生可降解的天然植物蛋白——谷朊蛋白代替目前广泛使用的化石原料,通过改性制备稳定性良好的阳离子纸张增强剂,通过FT-IR、DSC-TGA、SEM等对阳离子改性谷朊蛋白及纸张的检测结果表明,阳离子改性谷朊蛋白对纸张物理性能有显著增强作用。纸张中加入阳离子改性谷朊蛋白抗张指数为75.4N·m/g,比空白纸张提高了35%,湿强度保留率为20.1%,耐破指数、撕裂指数均有较大提高。
Because of the shortage of petroleum in the world, the utilization of natural biopolymers for high-value chemicals becomes hot topic of research. Wheat gluten, a byproduct of cereal industry, which is a biodegradable and reproducible natural protein, is modified to carry cationic groups so that it can be used as a paper strength agent. Through analysis of DSC-TGA and SEM, the results show that the modified wheat gluten has great effect on the paper strength. The dry tensile strength index of the improved paper is 75.4 N·m/g. Dry strength increases by 35% and wet strength retention of the sheets can reach 20.1%. The indexes of burst and tear also increase a lot.
