摘要
阐述了美国出口废纸分类指南PS—2007中各级别废纸的质量指标和特点,分析了PS—2007与我国进口废纸环境保护控制标准GB16487.4—2005和废纸分类标准GB20811—2006的差异,对进口美国废纸的检验、管理提出了建议。
The definition of all waste paper grades of ISRI PS--2007 is introduced, the differences between PS--2007 and GB 16487.4--2005, the environmental protection requirement for import waste paper in China; and GB20811--2006, China＇s waste paper specification are analyzed. The inspection and administration of import waste paper are suggested.
