炉前煤质 Fz 值快速分析仪的原理

基于煤燃烧特性的宏观通用规律，研制了一种能快速测量煤的分析基值，并据此算得Ｆｚ值，它是表征煤质优劣的一个无因次量，从而可向司炉及时提供所用煤质的信息，以采取相应的措施，避免因煤质变差而引起炉膛灭火，可提高锅炉运行的安全性。

Based upon the macro general law of combustion features, a kind of fast analyser to measure the analytic base value was researched, from which the Fz value is calculated; it is a non dimensional value to characterize the quality of coal. Thus the information of coal may be provide to the boiler attendants in time, who can take adaptive measures to prevent the furnace from extinguishing due to deteriorating coal, and raise the safety of boiler operation.
