摘要
将城市基础设施作为一个系统,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)判断其资源输入和效益产出的相对有效性,动态评价基础设施系统效益的可持续性,分析各时间决策单元的输入冗余和输出不足等模型参数,得出有助于决策的信息。
Urban infrastructure is taken as a system with input and output. DEA is employed to estimate the effect and efficiency of this system in order to evaluate the sustainability of the infrastructure benefit. The input residuals and output insufficiency are analyzed followed by helpful suggestions to make improvement.
