摘要
以往关于卵母细胞的发育研究通常采用局部卵巢组织切片来研究卵母细胞的生长发育情况，随着细胞生物学的发展和体外培养技术的进步，通过体外细胞培养对卵母细胞生长发育研究的进一步深入，对于卵母细胞结构尤其是其生长发育中一些基因表达的产物和调控激素类物质的作用成为人们研究的热点之一。本研究提供了一种观察体外培养卵母细胞发育进程的新方法。
