面向内部要素的中国本科高校发展模式研究

摘要 按照本科高校的办学逻辑,对其内部可进行学生要素、师资要素、条件要素、管理要素和文化要素的并列性分类;按照人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等办学功能和技术结构,可进行学科专业为主体要素、办学条件为基础要素、高校管理为通用要素、校园文化为相关要素的结构性分类。在此基础上,构建面向并列性要素的中国本科高校成长期的规模协调发展模式。表现为从本科高校建校初期开始,各并列要素在数量性发展的同时,要素间协调发展是其内涵发展的规律性路径;构建面向结构性要素的中国本科高校成熟期的均衡功能发展模式,即成熟期本科高校的各个结构性要素围绕学科专业,向社会提供人才培养、人才培养和科学研究、人才培养和科学研究及社会服务的三个阶段发展脉胳,体现着均衡功能发展是其内涵发展的规律性路径。 The factors affecting colleges can be classified by running -school logics into students, teachers and teaching resources, external conditions, management and culture, and divided structurally into main factor of professional subjects, basic factor of running condition, universal factor of college management, relative factor of campus culture, in the view of operating function and technical structure. On such basis, we can build juxtapostional- factor- faced development mode with long- term and harmonious coordination. The mode refers that in the initial phase of founding college, undergraduate colleges should promote the quantity progress of each factor, following the law of harmonious development between connotation factors ; they should also build a structure -faced balanced function mode in mature period, i.e. colleges are able to provide talent training, training and research, training and research and social service, through combining each structural factors with specific subjects and majors, featuring the rule of balanced function progress as connotation development path.
