可控鼓泡式正压呼吸支持装置在婴幼儿疾病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察可控鼓泡式正压呼吸支持装置对需要呼吸支持患儿的临床治疗效果。方法对我院PICU、NICU及C ICU中行无创呼吸支持的113例患儿进行临床疗效观察。将所有患儿随机分为两组,其中治疗组(53例)在常规治疗基础上给予可控鼓泡式正压呼吸支持装置-鼻塞式气道持续正压通气(NCPAP)呼吸支持,对照组(60例)在常规治疗基础上给予德国STEPHAN CPAP-A呼吸机NCPAP呼吸支持,动态监测两组患儿治疗前、治疗后1、2、8、12 h的动脉血气,并对两组患儿插管机械通气发生率进行比较。结果治疗后两组患儿血气指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),插管机械通气发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可控鼓泡式正压呼吸支持装置对需要初步呼吸支持的患儿临床治疗效果良好,能达到同类机器的治疗效果,且结构简单,操作方便,价格低廉,适合在基层医院中推广使用。 Objective To observe the effect of Bubble positive pressure breathing device in treating the children who have respiratory disease. Methods One hundred and thirteen children with respiratory disease were selected from P[CU, NICU and CICU of our hospital. All the children were divided into two groups randomly and treated with regular therapy. The experimental group with 53 cases were surported by the Bubble positive pressure breathing device and the control group with 60 cases were surported by STEPHAN CPAP- A ventilator NCPAP(Germany). The blood gas assays of all children were monitored dynamically (before treatment and 1 h, 2 h, 8 h, 12 h after treatment). The rates of mechanical ventilation in tow groups were analyzed. Results The blood gas indexes had no significant diference in the two groups( P 〉 0.05 ). The rates of machical ventilation in two groups were no markedly diference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The bubble - controlled positive pressure breathing device can effectively support the children who have respiratory disease to recovery, and can operate easily, so it can be widely popularized in the primary hospitals.
