设计开发了一套基于FF的现场总线实验系统,介绍了其工艺流程,指出了其系统配置,设计了该系统中的液位和温度控制策略,并利用组态软件Syscon组态实现。该实验系统方便了教学科研,也可为同类实验系统开发提供借鉴。

A fieldbus pilot plant based on FF is designed and developed.The technological chart is introduced and the system configuration is presented.The control strategies of the level and temperature in the system is designed and implemented by the configuration software Syscon.The successful development of the pilot plant facilitates the teaching and scientific research of the fieldbus control system,and can give reference for the development of the same type of pilot plants.
